The short version

• Your notes will be encrypted, and no other person can read them: not your crew, and not our team.
• Our AI reads notes only to make your Forecast, keeps nothing afterwards, and never trains on them.
• The shared Forecast shows patterns and themes, never what you wrote, and you approve it before it's shared.
• No ads in the app, and we never sell your data.
• You'll be able to download everything or delete your account at any time, from inside the app.

Stroppable is made by Clickweave OÜ, registry code 17531836, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us atprivacy@clickweave.co.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. If we ever add analytics or ads, we'll ask first where the law requires it, and list them here.

Like every website, our host (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, and keeps request logs for a few days for security and debugging. We use your approximate country, worked out by Cloudflare as each request arrives, only to choose which cookie rules apply; it isn't stored.

The waitlist

• What we keep: your email address, the language of the page you signed up on, and when.
• Confirming: we send one email asking you to confirm the address is yours. If you don't, we delete it after 7 days.
• Why: to email you once when the app launches. Nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing lists.
• Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw any time.
• How long: until we've sent the launch email, then we delete the list within 30 days. Ask us and we'll delete your address sooner.
• Where: in a Cloudflare database in the EU. The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're a person; it doesn't track you across sites.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, the waitlist database and the bot check, and sends our emails, under a data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We don't share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailingprivacy@clickweave.co. We'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
